Lucid Edge, Inc. is a South Florida-based strategy and visual communications consultancy. We work independently, for corporations, and with a strong network of collaborators to create clear, meaningful outcomes.

History

Lucid Edge is the byproduct of the evolution of Lucid Dezin. Lucid Dezin was founded by Becky Weir in 2003 to provide graphic design and creative services. Operating as a consultant to corporations, small businesses and organizations, Lucid Dezin helped develop businesses through forward-thinking graphic design and strategy.

Overtime, our services evolved to include developing business plans, organizational structuring, marketing campaigns and proposals. We were able to deliver effective brand messaging, strategic design and create authentic, productive relationships with each client. While our client base is diverse, many of these clients have been in the Real Estate, Construction and Development industries.

Becky Weir

Founder // Business Development & Visual Communications Strategist

Becky Weir is an award-winning, seasoned strategist and brand developer who helps clients position their construction, real estate, development, and public relations firms to win projects, listings, and new clients by developing strategic initiatives and multichannel deliverables. Becky’s ability to evaluate market trends coupled with creativity and problem-solving skills allow her to translate complex concepts into forward-thinking campaigns that connect with target audiences.

“Teamwork makes the dream work” has been the theme throughout Becky’s entire life - starting with little league baseball and playing Division 1 Basketball. She thrived as part of the team for three of the most prominent South Florida real estate and construction companies, and she continues to leverage those lessons-learned as she continues her career. From working on community outreach campaigns and providing strategy and visual communications for a digital disruption movement in a staid industry to a Green Energy construction initiative, team building and asset maximization are part of the arsenal of abilities Becky used to achieve success.

The past 18 years working in business development, strategic marketing and graphic design have afforded Becky the opportunity to team with Fortune 500, mid-size, and entrepreneurial organizations to win some of South Florida’s most prestigious projects. Through various marketing vehicles, her efforts have contributed to procure in excess of $2 Billion worth of projects including The Main Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, the Marlins Stadium and the JAMPRO Trade and Invest in Jamaica management contract.

Becky holds a BFA in Visual Communications, Marketing and Graphic Design from American Intercontinental University. She is also a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, and the Data Visualization Society.
